Dom Martin, the multi-award-winning artist and UK Blues Hall of Famer, has released his latest single, Unhinged (Live), accompanied by a music video. The track is the second taste of his highly anticipated double live album,
The double album showcases both electric and acoustic recordings captured at various venues across Europe and the UK, offering fans a collection of songs spanning all three of Dom's original studio albums.
Speaking about the single, Dom said:
“This was the last recording we did for the Buried Alive album, Live at Face Bar in Reading this summer. It was a new venue to us and it’s always a nice experience to play new places. Everything about the song is unhinged from the beginning to the end. You don’t really know what’s going on and hey that makes 2 of us!
The lead runs take on and off the cuff charge as I don’t actually know what I’m playing and none of it is scripted or set in stone. I’m really glad we could capture this song in its natural state. Bare chested and raw for all to enjoy and any judgement of it, well, I welcome it and I’m proud of it.
The Unhinged (Live) video brings a fresh twist, blending new visuals with elements from the original studio version. Dom added:
"The vogue dancing from the original Unhinged video felt like the perfect match, so we’ve brought it back with some exciting new clips. Enjoy!"

2025: A Bright Year Ahead!
Dom Martin is set to kick off 2025, headlining the Saturday night of the UK Blues Rhythm & Rock Festival in Blackpool on February 1st. He’ll also perform an acoustic set on January 31st at the Blues in Britain stage. Before that, fans can catch him in London at Dingwalls on January 29th.
Additionally, Dom is set to return to the studio to work on his next album, featuring a track collaboration with Cormac Neeson, lead singer of The Answer. Dom described the project as:

Belfast’s multi award winning Dom Martin releases his latest single, “Government (Live),” today, offering fans the first taste of his highly anticipated live double album "Buried Alive," released on Friday, December 13, 2024. Dom was voted best Acoustic Blues Artist 3 years running 2020-21-22 and Blues Instrumentalist of the year 2022 and 2023. His latest studio album “Buried in the Hail” won Best Blues Album 2024.

Dom Martin Announces UK Autumn Tour and Live Album
Multi-award-winning artist Dom Martin burst onto the music scene in 2019 with a unique guitar style and voice, captivating audiences far and wide. Now, in 2024, this exciting Belfast-born songwriter is delighted to announce a double whammy sure to thrill his fans as he’s releasing ‘Buried Alive’ — a brand-new, live double album, to be released in Autumn 2024 — and announcing his Buried Alive Autumn Tour of the UK and Ireland.
To say Dom has been making waves and earning critical acclaim would be to be guilty of understatement on an epic level. Legendary Bluesman Walter Trout proclaimed, “Dom Martin is amazing! Dom Martin has won numerous awards, including Best Solo/Acoustic Act at the European Blues Awards 2019; Instrumentalist of The Year 2022 and 2023 at the UK Blues Awards; not to mention being inducted into the UK Blues Hall of Fame for his third successive Acoustic Act of the Year Award at the highly regarded UK Blues Awards.
Dom is a rare talent in that he is an extremely talented performer who has won multiple awards both as a solo acoustic act (as Dom Martin) and fronting a power rock trio (as Dom Martin & Band). His ability to perform in both guises at large festivals has proved attractive to festival organisers looking for quality acts to play different stages.
Famed for his live performances, Dom is delighted to be releasing another live album. “A lot of my fans keep asking when I’m going to release another live album as it’s some time since I released Live at The Harlington which was recorded during one of those weird brief lockdown holidays. Well, I can tell you ‘Buried Alive’ is coming this autumn! It will be a mixture of acoustic and electric tracks which have been recorded at my live shows since September 2023. Since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamt of putting out a double live LP!”
Dom is looking forward to his 18-date Buried Alive Tour, which runs between 2nd November and 5th December, starting in Scotland, then moving on to England, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Dom will also play Cornwall's biggest blues, rhythm & rock festival: The Looe Blues Rhythm & Rock Festival on 6th December.

In addition to the album, Dom’s Buried Alive Tour this autumn, kicks off on November 2nd in Edinburgh and covering 18 dates across the UK and Ireland, culminating at the Looe Blues Rhythm & Rock Festival on December 6th. Dom will be joined by special guests Blue Nation, making for an unforgettable live music experience.

Dom Martin Announces UK Autumn Tour and Live Album
Multi-award-winning artist Dom Martin burst onto the music scene in 2019 with a unique guitar style and voice, captivating audiences far and wide. Now, in 2024, this exciting Belfast-born songwriter is delighted to announce a double whammy sure to thrill his fans as he’s releasing ‘Buried Alive’ — a brand-new, live double album, to be released in Autumn 2024 — and announcing his Buried Alive Autumn Tour of the UK and Ireland.
To say Dom has been making waves and earning critical acclaim would be to be guilty of understatement on an epic level. Legendary Bluesman Walter Trout proclaimed, “Dom Martin is amazing! A unique, genuine, vital artist.” Meanwhile, makingascene.org went so far as to say, “The likes of Dom’s talent only comes around once in a lifetime,” whilst Blues in Britain Magazine were wowed enough to say, "Now and again, you stumble across a rare talent of such sheer genius that you actually wonder whether what you have witnessed can possibly be for real. Dom Martin is one such talent."
Dom Martin has won numerous awards, including Best Solo/Acoustic Act at the European Blues Awards 2019; Instrumentalist of The Year 2022 and 2023 at the UK Blues Awards; not to mention being inducted into the UK Blues Hall of Fame for his third successive Acoustic Act of the Year Award at the highly regarded UK Blues Awards.
Dom is a rare talent in that he is an extremely talented performer who has won multiple awards both as a solo acoustic act (as Dom Martin) and fronting a power rock trio (as Dom Martin & Band). His ability to perform in both guises at large festivals has proved attractive to festival organisers looking for quality acts to play different stages.
Famed for his live performances, Dom is delighted to be releasing another live album. “A lot of my fans keep asking when I’m going to release another live album as it’s some time since I released Live at The Harlington which was recorded during one of those weird brief lockdown holidays. Well, I can tell you ‘Buried Alive’ is coming this autumn! It will be a mixture of acoustic and electric tracks which have been recorded at my live shows since September 2023. Since I was a kid, I’ve always dreamt of putting out a double live LP!”
Dom is looking forward to his 18-date Buried Alive Tour, which runs between 2nd November and 5th December, starting in Scotland, then moving on to England, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Dom will also play Cornwall's biggest blues, rhythm & rock festival: The Looe Blues Rhythm & Rock Festival on 6th December.
“I’m really excited to announce my ‘Buried Alive Tour’, which will be through the UK and Ireland during November and December! We’re playing some great venues, five of which are new to me, plus a couple of festival headline slots I’ve never done before.
